There are hundreds of indigent inmates in local/regional jails who ave no choice but to place their case, their trust and the future of their own personal life into the legal representation of the local public defenders' office. Many times the attorneys working in the position of "Public Defender" are over-loaded, overworked, and under- paid. Many times the Public Defender cannot offer each inmate the full attention one should receive while going through the judicial process and legal matters of importance to you.
I-PAC is here to help. Founded by a former inmate and assisted by a wide range of local and state legal professionals on a volunteer basis, as well as a vast use of the World Wide Web; will assist any indigent inmate with, but not limited to the following as free services:
