Based on the scripture found in Matthew 25:35-40, the MISSION of Under the Star! Int'l is the be "the good deed doer."  From helping prevent HIV/AIDS/CANCER/DISABILITES and provide:

And a national memorial to promote a creative means for remembrance and healing.  With positive reinforcement, education, and training programs, Under the Star! Int'l will effectively reduce new outbreaks of AIDS, promote research of HIV/AIDS/CANCER/DISABILITIES, empoer those affected, and lower recidivism to encourage all people to maintain a quality of life and to be able to contribute their skills, talents, voices, and goals to society and the entire world.

Under the Star! Int'l was given birth on August 1, 2004 by our founder, Rev. Rodney J. Clements.  On April 30, 2006, filing fees and paperwork were completed and mailed to become a registered nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporation in the state of Virginia.  Our home office is located in Chesapeake, VA.  The name "Under the Star! Int'l" consists of an Executive Administration and a thirty-five (35)  member Board of Directors.  And and all monies raised, contributed, donated, or volunteered to Under the Star! Int'l and/or project of our organization goes directly to finance all services provided by each division listed, as well as to maintain the approved administrative budgets, staff, and all operational needs/costs.

The real team and very heart of Under the Star! Int'l are the hundreds of sincere volunteers.  Without our dedicated and devoted TEAM PLAYERS, our goals would be only on paper... Our work will be an expression of who we are and shall contribute something meaningful and positive to our world.
